| What are the age restrictions on renting a car? |
| The standard minimum age requirement is 25. Some suppliers offer hire to drivers between 21 and 25 at an extra charge. The standard maximum age is 75 but many suppliers offer hire to drivers up to 85 at an extra charge. |

| How do I pay for the car? |
| The car must be paid for by valid credit or debit card in the name of the main driver. Cash is never accepted. |

| Can I rent a car if I have points on my licence? |
| If you have less than 6 points on your licence you can normally hire a car. However, if the points are for drink driving or driving with no MOT or insurance, you will not be allowed to rent a car. |

| What documents do I need when I collect the car? |
| You will need a valid credit or debit card in the name of the main driver, passport/identification, and a valid driving licence. If it is a UK licence, you need both the plastic card and paper counterpart. |

| Excess is 600 sterling This can be eliminated at a small extra charge |

| Can I book an additional driver, car seat or other extras? |
| Yes, you can do this after making your booking by calling the direct line rental number on your booking confirmation. Prices vary depending on the supplier for your particular hire |
